Superior customer service. I booked the wrong date. I called this company. They actually answered my phone. They then were able to switch the date and refund me the original ticket price, which was $500. They went out of their way to help me and very fast and effective. This is the best place to book tickets from Las Vegas.

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Spotlight Vegas. First of all, it was easy to book my tickets online. But most importantly, second of all, when I discovered a serious error regarding the ticket dates I had purchased, Emily, with Spotlight Vegas was so gracious and helpful to assist in rectifying my mistake. I was very, very concerned about the process. Emily made it easy for me and instructed me all along the way. I would always buy tickets from Spotlight Vegas from now on, mostly because of her. Our party of 4 were scheduling a surprise birthday gift to my sister in Vegas. each one of us was to pick a show for 3/21 & 3/22. Welllll somehow we picked wrong dates and times and had overlaps of the shows we had picked. Emily was FANTASIC in helping us get everything scheduled correctly.
