Overvejer at opsige jeres service

I mean they're legit but when your account stops working and you need a response don't expect to get one, expect to pay the $5 for a new account. I've had a support ticket open for several days with no response, but my order for a new account was completed instantly. Hopefully this review can get some attention and I can get that replacement.

So having bought a key I set up my account quite easy to do. 1 hour later kicked out of my plan. Got a replacement key and same again. Forth attempt now. Used new email address( must have about 20 gmail addresses now) Tried new passwords and country still not working. Can't really find the solution. My very first account lasted 7months before I got booted. HELP PLEASE

Hello there, We have lost our domain Spotify.ac and our website is now Spotify.ax. Our service is still functional and we are still honoring our purchases for all of our customers, since 2018 with customer support. Looking forward to resolving this query with a replacement, and converting the review into a positive one. We apologize for the time taken to respond, we had to create a fresh Trustpilot account for our new domain. Regards, Spotify.ax Support Team.

Support is fairly decent but I keep getting kicked off the family plan (I've tried 4 accounts) used different IPs and family plan countries I've done all the steps properly and it's still kicking me out, you might aswell just pay the normal spotify price it's not your time.

I just got the key a day ago, and I got removed off a day later. I then got a replacement key, and I got kicked off a few hours later. I tried joining the discord channel. but the invite link on the website is invalid. It says that I am available for a manual replacement, but I cannot contact them

It used to be good, but now it’s just a scam. You buy their key, it stops working after while and they force you to buy a new key (eventhough they originaly promised a lifetime warranty for the key - like 2 or 3 yrs ago)..

Hello there, Firstly, please submit your transaction ID or email. We'll be able to look up your order and confirm if it exists with that information. We disagree with your review. We can confirm with video proof that our Spotify upgrade system works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOwxs3TJSZk Secondly, we have a support team working round the clock on our website's internal ticket system. A message sent via https://spotify.ac/contact will be responded to within a few hours. Finally, there is an automatic replacement link on our website at https://spotify.ac/replace. Anyone who is removed from Family Plan can use that link to re-claim their Premium within a click. Regards, Spotify.ac Support Team
