Hello there, Firstly, we're unable to verify you as a legitimate Spotify.ac customer. Please provide us something we can look up or identify your purchase with. Furthermore, even if it was a valid one, we do not suggest sharing it because it exposes personal information (email, transaction ID, payment method, etc) Please submit a proper transaction ID. We'll be able to look up your order and confirm if it exists with that information. Secondly, we have a support team working round the clock on our website's internal ticket system. A message sent via https://spotify.ac/contact will be responded to within a few hours. Finally, there is an automatic replacement link on our website at https://spotify.ac/replace.
