I ordered 2 items from this company. They shipped it and it’s been sitting in a warehouse 20 miles away, for 5 days. Totally unacceptable. Never again. Why are they using multiple companies to deliver orders? To save money? Or to LOSE CUSTOMERS?

Do not do a subscription with them for any product. Terrible customer service. They started as direct-to-consumer, but now they sell to big-box stores, where their attention goes. They will take your money, but do not care in the least about you.

It’s very concerning that they don’t disclose any test results. I requested a COA of their organic collagen to view the heavy metal content. I was simply thanked for inquiring, but they don’t provide that information.

It took a month to receive my order, so I eventually canceled it because they used Veho for delivery, and my items were just sitting in a facility that was only 30 minutes away from me. Once they allowed me to cancel my order, I purchased items from them on Amazon, but that order was still delayed. As soon as I canceled that and bought from a different brand, my items arrived the next day. It was really frustrating!

Called in to speak with them and they hung up immediately

I bought there vitamin supplements and was poisened by it, And nearly died. My friend was also made very ill by another one of there supplements. If you value your health avoid this company at all costs

I recently ordered product from Sports Research. They sent me the wrong product. When I contacted them, they refused to send the correct product. Even after I provided order details, pictures of the unopened bottle, lot numbers, and offered to return the product, they continue to not support sending the correct product.

Scammers, I cancelled my order one minute after I made it and they said it was too late! They already processed my order and it would be impossible to cancel it! What a load of bull$h!t!
