I was told before that my shipment was protected even if marked delivered and not actually delivered it the u got a contradicting statement saying that was not the case. Horrible customer service

Hello, the item shows delivered from UPS. If it was stolen after the fact, we are not liable. We opened a trace on the package today to make sure it was delivered. We never stated that its protected if it shows delivered and you dont have it. Like I had mentioned to you, we are not liable if the package is stolen after it is delivered.
