I ordered an autographed picture of Justin Jefferson from you and it showed up to the house destroyed by the delivery company. I contacted your message system and they told me to email someone so I did and still no word! I was planning on buying alot of stuff from you but not anymore if you can't make this right. Thanks, Jody Towle

Received a signed football the signature was smeared and had a cut on the bottom quarter panel of the ball. No one answers my emails and when I call goes to a full answer machine. One time I called someone answered said he was the owner and would take care of the problem but after 2 weeks nothing. Would like the ball replaced as it was for my 11 year old son but money back would work

Sweater was very low quality, even for a ‘custom’. I returned a week ago, still no refund. The description did indicate it was a custom, however this was a poorly made sweater and as a collector, I could not give this as a gift, as was intended. Fine for the casual collector I suppose. Again, no refund a week later and no response to my emails as to when my refund can be expected.

Never recieved purchase after 3 weeks and paid for 3 day delivery.

Your service was fantastic and on time. Packaging was excellent to protect the picture and frame. My reason for a 2 is the condition of the picture itself. There are several areas with dust/fibre behind the glass but the worst part is the picture actually has some kind of stain on it. I was so disappointed as this was purchased and shipped to Dubai where I live so it was expensive to end up with this flaw. Kind regards, Tim H Update, The owner got in touch and was very nice saying he wanted to do something to fix this which I thought was very admirable. On the 14th of September 2021 he wrote me saying he’s out of the office but will contact me within 3 hours. Never heard from him again and it’s now the 22nd September 2021. I even sent a follow up email on the 18th September just in case something went wrong but no reply. I’m sorry but if you purchase from this company be prepared for the lack of quality control and even more the disappointment of customer satisfaction when something goes wrong. Beyond disappointed, Tim H

Absolutely awful!!! Experience!! I orderd a Mac Jones Autographed Jersey and paid for 2day shipping on August 31st 2021 8 days later still no Jersey emailed called never heard anything then finally got in touch and was told o the Jersey auto was smudged we can try find you a new one then to be told can't find me a new one and now my refund sits unavailable untill their check clears been 15 days now ..... (I also personally think they just didn't want to sell me the Jersey cuz next day he was named starter so prices on his Autographed Jersey went way up)

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered an item on 7/10/21. Received message stating would be notified when shipped. Waited 7 days NO response Email sent to company 7/16 NO response Called company 7/16 NO response FINALLY received return call on 7/19. Told he didn’t even know if he had item. Told me he would check on it and call me back in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I CALLED them back. Stated he had already left for day and for ME to call next day. Called next day and was told they couldn’t find item. RUINED MY SON’S Birthday because it was too late to try and find item elsewhere! Terrible customer service!!!!!
