I ordered the Jersey Dec 4 and still haven’t received it. Christmas is Monday and there is a really good chance it will not be here in time. If this was the case someone should have reached out to me. Instead all I got were reminders to rate my experience. Well here you go F-….

The glass was shattered when it arrived. I sent an email asking what needed to be done to get it fixed in time for Christmas and I still haven't received a response.

Although customer service was extremely prompt, gave me a return label and processed my return quickly, they are selling defective merchandise. When I received my item, it was matted crooked, and therefore the image was bubbled and part of the image was on top of the matting I was informed that all of them are like that! For a 300 dollar item, there should be a disclaimer that they are not up to quality. The picture on their site should also show the exact item you will be getting, the images on line do not show the defect. Would be extremely weary to order any other sports memorabilia from them. Trust me it was defective regardless of what they say! I reordered from a different company and there is no matting issues or bubbles. Buy somewhere else!!!

Very disappointed with the framed, signed "Bobby Orr" jersey that my son had received as a gift from the one I had ordered. The jersey was missing the "Orr" nameplate on the back of the jersey. When my son spoke to Sports Integrity they said it was "mislabeled". I think this is very misleading way of doing business and I should have been given what was advertised.

Product showed up damaged, was absolutely no way it happened in shipping, the framed jersey was triple wrapped in bubble wrap, corners protected with cardboard, the shipping box was immaculate and the corners of the frame were crushed. They absolutely lied about how it happened and would only offer a BS refund not even coming close to what an unframed jersey cost in comparison. Took them weeks to ship it out to begin with. No certificate of authenticity. I absolutely would never give these thieves money for anything again.

I wish I could give less than one star. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and then another email with tracking information. Then yesterday out of the blue, I received an email stating that my purchase had been refunded. No explanation at all. Very tacky.

Why is no certificate of authenticity of autograph included?

I was expecting the certificate of authenticity but there was nothing there. Also, I sent an email to customer service and never got a reply.
