David is amazing. Their customer service is beyond great. My item arrived with a small imperfection, he send me a replacement right away with a label to ship the item I received. A+

purchased the Knoblock iris shutter [small], it was on sale, they are the only ones whom stock it. arrived in a timely fashion, actually 2 days early, as new, no issues.
