I ordered a large hoodie and could not even put it on. Then I go look at the measurements and the chest size for a large is 22.5”. That’s little kid measurements. Hoodie looked nice but not happy about the misleading sizes. A xxl won’t even fit me. Not sure how the models on the website are fitting in these things

Ich musste acht E-Mails hinschreiben, weil ich bezahlt hatte aber die Lieferung nur zur Hälfte kam, sie haben immer wieder das gleiche geschrieben und baten um Bestellnummer, die ich natürlich immer wieder hingeschickt habe. Sie halten einen nur hin und betrügen. so verdienen Sie ihr Geld. Es ist nicht mal ein Stern wert. Auch der gelieferte Artikel war von sehr schlechter Qualität und ich habe es weggeworfen

I canot get anyone to help me return a product that is un opened. I have sent 6 emails and left 5 voicemails

I ordered a customized ring with my name on it and a Raiders hoodie for my brother. The hoodie was poor quality and not something I wanted to give to my brother. The ring was never delivered. According to Kaylin, the ring was lost and the refund is supposed to be sent back on my credit card. However, now I am getting emails that the upper management is the one who has to send the funds back. I will never order another item from this merchant located in London. It is a scam and the products are poorly made for the price we pay.

My custom leather bag I paid almost $100 for, was bad quality. The bag isn't leather, and my name and Raiders logo are cheap stickers, not embroidered or patched. In fact, it was so cheap, the stickers peeled off during shipping, and the bag is something I could get from the dollar tree. Never again for something I can't even use.

I ordered a pink and silver Cincinnati Bengals watch on May 8th I never received them on July 13th I had them to resend the order I received it today July 30th what I received was to plastic black watches. This is not what I ordered. Don't watches cost at $44 a piece yet to receive what I ordered very disappointed in this company. Damn, should have read these reviews. I ordered a gift based on arrival date. Noticed that nothing had been shipped so contacted the company. Only then - after they'd taken payment - did they bother to respond that the item was actually out of stock, so they 'cancelled the order at my request' then told me to wait a couple of weeks for a refund. Interest-free loan to a company that doesn't have its shit together well enough to track inventory or contact its customers
