It finally came! However it was not the beautiful sweater that was pictured or specs. It was an open, long sleeved t-shirt

Horrible response time
Horrible response time - very unconcerned with making a mistake right. Ended up dampening whole experience of giving a gift my daughter really wanted. Will never order from them again.

I bought a $90 NFL
I bought a $90 NFL, it was not approved NFL, jersey. It was equal to Walmart flannel pajamas. Very poor quality. No way to return or even contact someone but offer 100% satifction. Something should be done to this company, it’s a rip off! Took 8 week to deliver too!
