Communication was slow
Communication was slow. I originally pre-ordered the 40oz with handle however after it surpassing the deadline date that it was meant to be shipped I reached out to Cheryl who mentioned that they were having delays. I was offered a refund, to wait or to have the 30oz sent out instead. I was desperate to try out the cup so I opted for the 30oz. It did come, which I was skeptical about and I do like it, however I did think another lid may have been thrown in for good measure since I had waited over 6 months for it and the 40oz was meant to come with a couple of other freebies. As I said I like the cup but disappointed with the whole process.
