My order never arrived and they just told me yes it did. Never a notice when it supposedly arrived. No picture or proof when it supposedly arrived. Maybe it didn’t come. Maybe it came and was stolen when delivered but how was I to prevent that or know if they never advised me? And then they offered no resolution. I paid for something and I got nothing.

They advertised a money back guarantee for a cleaning product and showed it could get out tough stains. I brought it and tried it and it did not work. When I asked for my money back, they said it would be too hard and said international shipping costs a lot. They said they were only going to give me a small portion back.

I cannot review because I never received it. Very disappointed that I lost that money. I will be sure to warn my family and friends.

The product, fly fishing threaders, did not work. Poor quality, magnet would not hold fly. Asked to return the product, sighting 6 reasons for return. They came back offering $3 and “keep the product” After 3 more requests to return they offered $9. Then, finally they gave me an address in China to return to for money back but shipping far exceeded the product price….. forget these sleeze balls.
