This product is of poor quality.

The postal carrier delivered the package yesterday.  I received this package, I opened the package and their was a another empty bag that had nothing in it in the package.  Splendid shipped me a empty package.

I paid for and ordered balm 3 sticks, initially I had tracking my order, which mysteriously disappeared. It will be a month on the 1st of July. Filing a complaint with the FTC. THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

I patiently waited almost 2 months before reaching out and they said it was delivered to the post office so I needed to get it . I said I paid for shipping and they needed to reach out to post office and get it shipped to my home . We went back n forth and after I said either get it delivered or refund me, they said it was delivered so sorry . And now when I looked in my credit card to refute the charge , i see they overcharged me as well

Sent wrong item. Will never order anything again!

I ordered these statues on May 8th. Now their website is invalid and tracking no longer works. It must be a scam bc I still haven’t received them.

This order has taken nearly two months and is still not here. Don’t bother trying to save a couple of dollars. Use Amazon. They are available there. No delivery charge and their estimated date would have been nice to protect my dog this spring. I had to purchase another product for her Purchase

I purchased and item that was never delivered and Splentdid is refusing to give me a refund. They keep telling me it was delivered and someone probably stole it or it was delivered to one of my neighbors. None of which is true. The email I received about the delivery says it was "Delivered, Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room" I LIVE IN A RESIDENTIAL HOME!!! This company is a complete scam! Do not trust them!! I would give a negative amount of stars if possible!!!
