I think you sent the wrong cover 391527-4
I ordered the 15 x 27 solid cover item #391527-4. when i took it out of the box this past sunday and put it on the pool it is definitely the green cover. 371527-4. The one I ordered was the teal green which i paid more money for it. Did something happen in the shipment that the wrong one was sent??

No response to phone calls to customer service
I ordered a pool cover for a pool 18x36 which recommended a 23x41 cover. Unfortunately, it does not cover the steps going into the pool. What I needed was a 25x41 pool cover. I called and left a message to call me since they evidently do not take direct calls, but they did not respond. I think within 24 hrs, they can at least call you back.

Hi Kenny, Thank you for your review. We have left a couple of voice messages for you to call us back. We would like to help you with this. It appears you failed to account for your steps when you purchased the cover. We have verified that our cover dimensions are accurately represented on the website. There is also a buying guide that advises that you take into account your steps. Where this is not a very common mistake among our customers, there are some who do occasionally buy the wrong size and we do our best to work with them to rectify the error. Again, please give us a call back at 877-527-4881. We are here to answer the phone Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. We are not here on weekends or holidays but do return voice messages or emails to [email protected]. Thank you Splash Super Center

Not happy with the return options
I purchased a 24ft cover for my pool, and the description said that it would actually be 27ft. After receiving it and putting it on our pool it did not fit like we would like it too. It was small in comparison to the cover we used in the past. If we would of attached the cover it would of just made it around the pool with no room to actually tighten it down. I called the company and they have a no return policy once the product has been opened. But, how would I have known how big the cover was until I tried to put it on. The person who answered the phone was very nice, but there was really nothing he could do. The only recommendation was to measure the cover and if it wasn't 27ft they would return it, if I would pay for the shipping. I guess I'm just not happy with the return policy and should of read that more closely before ordering. My suggestion to you is make sure you are ordering what you want.
