SplashfoamReviews of splashfoam.com

I bought this product to clean a toilet bowl that has a heavy build up of stain under the water. It cleaned nothing. It is an expensive product that is not as described on their website. I hope they go broke.

I would have given it a zero if that was available. This product should be in a powder form. When received, it was so hard I had to use an ice pick in order to use it. I followed the instructions and this stuff did absolutely nothing that it was advertised to do. Their customer service is as bad as the product. I received this stuff on July 12th and immediately contacted the company with a question. Today is 9/23 and still no answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I saw the ad on Facebook. When I ordered it charged me extra money for a gift box that I didn’t choose to order. I could not back it out. The product did NOT work. No foaming at all. I returned it for a refund that they did not credit. I called the number and no one answered. I sent an email about it and no one responded. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Same thing happened to me ordered the splash foam for the price expected bigger size no scop surprise gift free WRONG. Cost $9.00 delivery for a little box. I tried canceling no chance they said they would get back with me 24-48 hrs. no word !! scam. Got me for $15.00 delivery sad sad

Just came in the mail yesterday. I was really looking forward to using this since we have hard water stains that are really hard to get out unless you scrub with pumice stone. Used this for the first time and it did absolutely nothing! Did not remove ANY stains, not even the normal ones. SCAM! Not worth sending back because I have to pay shipping and they do not refund the shipping you paid to purchase. I thought maybe since it was kind of expensive it may be worth it. It’s not!

This is a scam. They say there is no shipping fee but charge 9.00 anyway it runs to more than u want to pay for the cleaner. I only ordered one cleaner and they tack on a few mor charges. I tried to cancel my order.

When I ordered I was offered extra product for a great price but only after completing the order came the word SAMPLE. Also I was offered a free gift but only after order was completed I was told there was a $10 shipping fee which exceeded the value of the "gift." Angry, I called to cancel. A recording said phone service was cancelled due to Covid. So I emailed Splash Foam twice saying CANCEL ORDER. THEY SENT IT ANYWAY. I feel totally cheated especially after reading many reviews saying product doesn't work as promised.

After ordering they sent me a email stating blizzards and snow were going to delay my order. Then they told me covid was delaying my delivery. I canceled my order. They told me I'd need to wait up to 7 business days for my refund. After 8 business days, they finally gave me my refund.
