I used the item on three toilets and did not work at all

Absolute SCAM, and waste of money. I am retired and on fixed income. However, I have a bad back and thought this product would be a savior. Followed directions. Twice for an hour each time. No difference at all. I am considering denial on my CC as this is a high priced, but worthless product.Edit: I did contact customer device about my dissatisfaction. Said I wanted to return the product. I was told they would credit back 50% of cost, and to just keep the product for other cleaning needs. I agreed, and they did put through the refund. Customer service is much better than the product itself.

Don't waste your money with this company. Just use Vinegar and baking soda, it does the same thing.

I started an order for the Splash toilet cleaner, and pop ups appeared, inflating my original choice of quantity and cost, so I exited the site, realizing I had entered into a trap. I did not complete the order as one would on a legitimate site. I was charged anyway for a worthless product, and then found a recurring monthly charge on my bank statement from an entity called Horizon Direct for $19.95! I notified my bank, and they re-issued my debit card after canceling the one I used in this (incomplete) transaction. Shame on these thieves who prey on the honest public!

This is the worst product ever the video was false and the product did not do anything shown in the video companies should stop fade advertising it’s real crap and I will never purchase it again and I wish they would refund me my money back I gave them 1 star which should have been 0 stars

i would not have even given them 1 star but had to give them 1 to continue with review. saw this stuff online & decided to give it a try. followed directions on package . dumped it in toilet & waited for the foam nothing past the ring in toilet. contacted their customer support & they satd t must have gotten a bad batch. told me to keep it & they would refund 1/2 of purchase price. this crap does not work should have refunded full purchase price.
