My fault. I did not check with Trustpilot before ordering. I ordered 1 item and paid via paypal and just now received confirmation for TWO separate orders. I DID NOT PLACE TWO ORDERS. SCAM. Now I have to try to get the second one cancelled or refunded. ALWAYS CHECK WITH TRUSTPILOT FIRST!!

Ordered product in December 2023. Was charged $73.20. Returned product and have submitted tracking number. Several emails to .Mathilda in customer service with HIGH PRIORITY LISTED AS REQUESTED. STILL NO RETURN OF $73.20. TOTALLY DISGUSTED. NO SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS!

I stupidly bought this product and I used it several times and DID NOT WORK! I used it several times just a waste of money

Wish I had read before I wasted my money

This is the worst product you can buy. Then it charged my acct twice the price and doesn’t do anything. Not one spot was removed from my pots. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back. That’s why they have no way to give you a refund. This product stinks.

This product is junk. Does not work as advertised. I can get better results with baking soda & vinegar

I ordered, FS132630,$70.90 on 1/12 .It was confirmed and paid.I was informed that I would be notified when it was shipped. As of 2/16/24 I have received no notice, no product and no response from their customer service department.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. [sorry for yelling.]..It DOES NOT WORK at all; and when I notified the company [Sarah], she told me that one of her agents would get back to me withing 3 days--and this was on January 31st. Still no response. This is the second product I stupidly ordered from them thinking that the tablets would work as promoted on their website. I was duped again. Never again. This company probably pays their reviewers to 'rave' about the product. Totally unscrupulous company and they don't respond to your issues as promised. Terrible company.
