If I could give it Zero or negative stars , I would. BIG SCAM! Product does not work, they overcharge you, they do not send the order as placed. They have to “approve” a return. Then charge you to return “unopened packages only”. Check the Better Business Bureau reviews. I wish I had.

The product is a piece of crap.... it doesnt expand and doesnt clean ... a complete waste of money... it will be interesting to see if I can get my money back when I try to return it..if I'm guessing it will continue the scam and I wont get my moneyback

Just don't do it. They set up an automatic autopay without me even completing the process of purchasing. I'm glad I used paypal and checked so I could go remove it. They also had at least a dozen upsell pages after. Don't fall for it. It doesn't matter if the stuff is good when they do slimy stuff like this.

Letter to SPLASH SPRAY -- Warning to any prospective customers .... Product: SPLASH SPRAY (Cleaning Solution) I was very impressed with your product advertisement. However I ALWAYS research internet companies such as yours, prior to any purchase. What I found was horrible. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with you. I would recommend that anyone remotely interested to take the time and research. Even looking up the Better Business Bureau complaints, which are plentiful. Even AMAZON reviews are BAD. Seems like your company likes to charge people's credit cards without consent. Perhaps you sprinkle that truth in all of the small print of your rules of engaging with you clowns. You DO NOT reimburse, and you keep snatching money. One of the items in your clause says you will contact credit card companies if a customer changes their card number to keep you guys OUT of their accounts, that you have the authority to retrieve all new information regarding customers' credit cards! So you may continue to Steal. Nice try... I will make sure that all unsuspecting customers know to stay far away from you guys. This is no more than a Credit Card Scam. I read that your product does NOT really work as you have advertised. Success should not come from STEALING. I am on to your untrustworthy ways! Shame on you!

I tried this product and the result was horrible. It doesn't work. I wasted a lot of money. I should have looked for reviews first. I don't know why I didn't. Expensive lesson.

I am noticing just how many ads for Chinese products that are just a waste of money. I have been cheated only once. I could not return the product because they didn’t deliver it for two months -effectively closing the window to refute the charge. I highly recommend researching a product BEFORE purchasing. I saw the ad for this product as I too would like a clean oven. So I researched what people are saying about this product. Thank you to all of you who wrote exposing the awfulness of this product. Thanks to you I will not be duped by these charlatans and con artists. I believe you!

The product didn't work at all! Then when trying to return, found they don't refund for opened product (wth), acknowledging that you can't find out if the product works without opening it. Also, even when returning unopened products, they charge a restocking fee of 8.99. I have been waiting for a code needed to return for over a week, crickets chirping.

I would give it a zero if possible. Not only was the product useless, but they charged my credit card for more than what was on the invoice. The high pressure sales tacti should have alerted me to not trust this.
