Splash did nothing that they claimed for me. Our toilets did not look like some of their photos (disgusting) but it still did not do as they claim! I sent back my unused product to them and even borrowed one bag from my daughter to make it a FULL ORDER RETURN! I sent back the entire order on June 1 with USPS tracking. The received it on or about June 5, 2024. I marked the RMA # on all sides of the box and enclosed a copy or the emails from Splash showing the RMA # and how to return it. It has been 2 weeks and these people still have not refunded my almost $100 I paid them thru PayPal. As of today PayPal states no refunds have been received and none are pending. If these people were honest or ethical I would have my refund! If I don’t receive it this week I plan to contact the Attorney Generals Consumer Fraud Division as well as the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau and file criminal complaints. These people deserve to be investigated!! G. Furguson - Flower Mound, TX ** On June 24, 2024 these people finally refunded about 1/2 of my original charge of $94. They refunded $56 after taking multiple bogus charges (RETURN SHIPPING - WHICH I PAID FOR) restocking fees, etc. They are not to be trusted and still need to be investigated by the FEDS for misuse of the mail and online transactions! Crooks

Product does not perform as they show it on You Tube. Started the process for a return. They replied to emails several days later. I kept asking for the RMA number but it seemed like they were stalling. Finally did get a number for a grand total of 7.73 refund after all their shenanigans. My guess was it was going to cost more than 7.73 to send it back. So not worth it. Finally called and rep was explaining the charges. After some conversation he agreed to refund me 18.31 and I do not have to ship unused package back. Yikes!

This is what I have to say about this product: Take the same amount of cash they are charging for this product, put it in your toilet, wait the recommended amount of time or longer, come back and flush...that's the same amount of cleaning you will get from this product!

Received june 14 2024 another waste of money dont do nothing

This entire company is a scam. On 4/17 2024 I ordered 1. They sent me 2. Just got the 3rd one today 6/15/2024 . They charged me for 3 on that one day. I spent 12 hours on chat, message, AI phone, person phone. They had no idea what happened? Had to block them on Paypal. The product does not work either.

I'm yet another disatisfied Splash Spray customer. Product did not work at all as advertised in my toilet or my oven door. I returned the product to their distribution center in Florida per website instructions. I'm hoping to get my $ 45.63 refunded.

I bought the Splash Spray Foam and guess what it didn't foam up or do any kind of clean up. I won't ever order another dream come true promise like this. I was excited about ordering it and getting the Splash Spray Foam so I could go to work on some deep cleaning. I was dooped again by those wonderful commercials. Give me my money back.
