F--k this company: SplashFoam. When I clicked to place my order, suddenly I'm charged over $40 when it was advertised that I would be paying $14.95 (plus tax and shipping). I immediately, I mean within minutes after trying to see on the website where I could cancel the order - there was no way to do that, I shot off an email with CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL in the subject line, then sent another email 2-3 days later with URGENT in the subject line. When I received an email telling me that my order had shipped, I sent a 3rd email. No one responded until after the product had arrived at my home and I had sent a 4th email complaining. Eventually I was informed that I would be refunded $24 (after they received my return), but would still have to pay for return shipping ($6,95). So, my final refund will be approximately $18. I should have checked Trust Pilot reviews before placing my order. Never again.

6/20/2024 I guess I was duped too! I was looking at the site. Wanted to know the price, and went into PayPal. Seriously, suddenly I was charged $22.02 and $15.73 without pressing anything. I immediately emailed them of the problem to stop the order…..never answered. Called customer service and no one answered! The charge went on my card. I finally got an email directing me to ‘returns’. I need a number to put on My return-didn’t answer my email AND they will deduct the shipping charge from your refund and you pay to return it! Something shady going on for sure!!!!

Splash foam is absolute garbage. I would have gotten better results by putting blue food coloring in my toilet. Dumped in half a bag. Doesn't foam at all. After an hour, toilet looks as dirty as when they started. Even using the brush doesn't do much. Smells okay so I guess I'll use it for an air freshener? I don't hold a lot of Hope for customer service refunding my money. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Save your money and buy traditional toilet bowl cleaner

It didn't clean the ring in the toilet. I contacted customer service and they directed me to add vinegar. I did as I was instructed and still no success. I have now asked for a credit but no response. I believe you should save your money.

And the tablet took forever to dissolve!Alkaselzer would’ve worked better than this. No foam ,no scent,no cleaning. Waste of time and money!

Only gave one star as there are no negative numbers. The Co is selling this knowing it is a fake product. They change the name every couple years and start a marketing blitz all over again. They should be Jailed and made to refund all purchases.
