Update: The support person listened to my feedback and turned things around. My issue is resolved. Thank you! I have used the SplashID password safe for decades and it mostly works well. Their customer service and product communications including new releases could be better. They take a condescending and unprofessional approach that could be easily fixed with a little customer support training.

I've used SplashID for many years to organize and protect my passwords, and have been happy with the product. I've been trying to upgrade to the new version (SpashID 9.0) but had the most horrible experience with support (Nikolai Filipov to be specific). Not only is he condescending (calling my problems simple and trivial) but after an entire day of back and forth emails he hasn't fixed the problem and then just disappeared. I haven't heard from him in 5 days. There is no phone support, just cumbersome emailing.
