Five Years of Excellence — I Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else!
I have been getting massages from Natascha for about five years, and over time, she has truly become part of our family. She is exceptionally professional, highly skilled, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Every massage is an amazing experience, providing the perfect combination of recovery, relaxation, and rejuvenation. I always look forward to my sessions with her, knowing I will leave feeling refreshed and restored. I recommend Natascha to my family and friends with absolute confidence because I know they will be in the best hands. She is truly exceptional at her craft, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Natascha delivered in every possible category
My boyfriend surprised me with the gift of a massage while on vacation in Ft Lauderdale. And now Natascha may have just given me the best possible reason to return. Did I ever luck out! She was precise, deeply knowledgeable, and beyond perceptive. She targeted my problem spot, explained everything she was doing, and gave careful assessments of possible causes. In addition to leaving me relaxed and restored (turns out a massage makes you feel amazing—who knew?), she gave me a handful of exercises to help keep my muscle knot from recurring. I’m now a committed fan.

Dear Phoebe: What an absolutely delightful review! 🤍🌸 Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful experience! It was truly a pleasure meeting you and being part of your Fort Lauderdale vacation. I love that your boyfriend's thoughtful surprise turned into such a memorable MeTime experience! Knowing that you left feeling relaxed, restored, and equipped with a few helpful ways to continue caring for yourself means so much to me. My greatest joy is not only helping my clients feel better during their sessions but also empowering them to carry that sense of wellness into their everyday lives. And if another visit to Fort Lauderdale is in your future, I would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back! Perhaps we've started a new vacation tradition! 😉🌸 With heartfelt gratitude, Natascha 🤍 MeTime® Rituals Wellness Concierge *Rest ~ Reconnect ~ Restore*

Healing hands and beautiful spirit
My family and I are repeat customers of Natascha whenever we are in Ft Lauderdale. Her massages are outstanding and built to suit your specific needs. Her mobile service allows you to have a relaxing, healing experience in your hotel room, apartment or rental. without a doubt, she is far superior to a many hotel spas. If you are into self care and expect results from massages, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars

FLL Massage
Our family (including my 89-year-old dad) are repeat clients of Natascha when we escape the Midwest for sunny Florida in the winter. Natascha is extremely professional, intuitive and thoughtful in her approach to wellness and healing. She tailors her techniques to what each individual needs. Highly recommend!!

Massage therapy
I have had Natascha as my massage therapist over 10 years. I see her every month for my aromatherapy massage. It relaxes me and I love the scent of the different oils and the soothing music she plays. I feel relaxed and my muscles feel less tense after each massage. If you feel stressed out, I wouldn’t hesitate to book a massage with her.
