There needs to be a way to choose zero stars! Total con - ordered GENUINE Dr Melaxin balms from them after watching their video on how to spot the fakes, only to be sent fakes! No refund, no offer to send the genuine products. Please, please AVOID these scammers

I ordered Dr Melaxin from them on Facebook. On the ad they show a video how to spot a fake tube. Then they sent me the fake!! They won't refund or send a return label. They emailed me saying they were out of stock but sent this without asking if I would accept it. I can get this on ebay for less than half of what I paid. Complete con.

Would give a zero but can’t .. have sent over 40 emails trying to get my package. Been over 3 months. Will not give me a refund. Says it’s been sent. You should never buy from this company… beware everyone … still ongoing with no end in site ..

Ordered 2 Bible in a year journals. Advertised as Hardcover 8.5"×11". Received 2 Softcover books 5.5"x 8.5". They offered me 2USD compensation. I wanted 20USD. Ended up with 6USD and they never once answered to the fact that they have false advertising. Do not buy from Spiralhappy!
