Cannot cash out from Tennessee
The platform allows sc play in all jurisdictions even allowing you to purchase coin packages which include free sc however if you live in a state where online casinos are illegal then you cannot cash out your winnings. Of course you are not made aware of this until you have deposited funds and won enough back to meet the playthrough requirements and attempt to withdrawal your winnings. So it’s money down the drain unless you just like playing for fun from Tennessee

cashing/depositing paper check is not passing US bank tellers because they see 'canadia' and freak out! -even though the check is converted to US funds, and it shouldnt matter the bank, still..NOLUCK
cant casy or deposit canadia funds into US, need better optiins for withdrawl, via most relevant option (direct to debit/bank card) is non-existant on here, and so is Customer Service Phone number..........aggrevating, because now i have a check i can not do anything with directly. ...the slots are fun, though, good choicesnon those..... ★AEH ★

i liked that you guys actually paid me accordingly, i claimed free play with a MCO of $100 and withdrew it and it took a few weeks which was kind of annoying but still received the money to my wallet today 🕺

Hard to reach promotion withdrawal requirement
Cashed out $100 from the 100 free spins from the welcome bonus but will add the withdrawal requirement was kinda hard to reach and still have enough for the minimum amount required to withdraw.
