I won pretty early on, however, the redemption time is ridiculous.

I strongly advise staying away from this casino, as my experience has led me to believe it is a scam. First, they advertise a 50% cashback offer regardless of whether you win or lose, but this is completely false—I have not received any of my money back. Furthermore, the games seem designed solely to drain your funds; it is nearly impossible to trigger bonus rounds, and when you finally do, the payouts are negligible. The customer service is practically non-existent. You have to email them and wait days for a response, and I found their representatives to be highly manipulative. The most frustrating part was the bait-and-switch with their games. I signed up specifically because they had a game I wanted to play, which I tested using their free sign-up bonus. However, as soon as I deposited real money to continue playing, the game completely vanished from the platform. When I contacted support, they blatantly lied and claimed they had never heard of the game. Do not trust this casino; their promises are false, and you will not get your 50% cashback. Don't fall for their deception.

Beware of this online casino and don't play here unless you want to wait 6 days at the very least to get your Redemption Customer support is all but non-existent. It took them a very long time to respond to my emails sometimes I would have to make multiple tickets just to get them to respond. They have a 72- our VERIFICATION hold and why on God's green earth would they have that?!? I'll tell you why, because they have high hopes that you will cave and play your winnings back that's why!! After finally getting through the 72-hour verification hold they then put you on a 72 hour Redemption hold. So that's a total of SIX DAYS before you get your Redemption!! It hasnt been 6 days so I haven't got mine yet but they refuse to speed it up even after I told them that this is extremely excessive, that I was not interested in canceling my Redemption to play and that honestly this is a tactic used in very poor taste and no other Casino does this other than their sister Casino Slotomo in which I do not play with anymore for this very same reason

I just started playing Spinsly yesterday, and was really impressed with the initial bonus offer as well as the overall interface. I submitted my first redemption this morning, and the process has felt pretty smooth. I will give it a 4/5 stars, once my redemption hits my account I will happily change it to a 5 star!
