At first this game was great very much loved it.. that was a few months ago..however now its ridiculous the last e-4 weeks ive had to get mad over every single withdrawal.. by the time I actually get my money sometimes days later im so furious that the game is no longer fun at all.. it shouldn't ever stress u out like this..currently its been over 30hrs for my $58 withdrawal when I deposited 2x that that day

They do not honor their redemption approval processing time, that says redemptions will be manually approved within 2-12 hours. I've been waiting 2 months for my redemptions that I've submitted and when contacted I continue to get false promises about my redemptions being in que...I am really disappointed.

How trust pilot doesn't put this to a stop but I noticed on my previous PROMPTED review it says unprompted. Not cool!! I was prompted by the casino! Not to mention, it says you can redeem SB if you deposit and complete tasks. I did both and then find out you cant redeem SB at all! Don't waste your time with this place! Its a complete scam!

Well when I first signed up they gave me $10 to play with on their games while I won like a hundred and something dollars and then I tried to withdraw but you can't withdraw without purchasing anything first which I don't think is right. So if you give me the $10 I use that $10. I gained a hundred and something dollars. I should automatically withdraw that money no matter what without even a purchase. That's what I don't like about this app or game. Whatever you want to call it.

I enjoyed the app till I become a vip member and tried to get ahold of my rep and no response tried the contact us message and they told me to talk to my vip rep well I can't cause she won't message back so I'm done putting money in this game

Customer service people are respectful but they don't payout the bigger payments and the 2-12hrs is bs. They told me they were backed up and it'd be a few days but it's starting to look like a scam. Not worth wasting your money on this site I have screenshots and proof of everything and hopefully get them shut down for scamming people. I've made 5 deposits and vip 3 but have won over 1800sc and had to play back alot to redeem 400 and can't even redeem it because they claim they're backed up. Never heard of that which makes me think they're just trying to stall and never pay out. If anyone has received anything over 200 please let me know and maybe I'll change my opinion.
