Stupid I got to deposit if it's free play

Recently won 2000.00 on one of their games in sc when i tried to redemption it would only let me redeem 246.00 after playing from the remaining balance i won about 300.00 more did another redemption only could redeem another 200.00 but it's still pending along with 2 other redemptions plus i have 1900.00 i can't redeem it's sitting there on 8-4-2026 i noticed it's only showing gold coins so i bought 9.99 in sc and it went to my sc account but it won't let me play any sc only gold coins when i clicked on the part that shows your sc and gold coins it shows my 1900.00 still in there but it won't even let me play sc or redeem the money plus i have 3 sc payments pending from previous play,this is terrible when you pay your hard earned money to play and they kidnap your money and your winnings.

Straight trash as can be

I say this Casino is a complete scam. It let me win $1023 and said all I had to do is make a deposit and then I can get the money out. I’ve made a deposit and not only did the deposit disappear but the $1023.00 is there with no way to get it out. It’s just sitting there. I wrote them to ask them about my deposit and how to get my money I won out and it’s been over four hours and no one has even bothered to respond to me. You have money just to throw away that you don’t ever wanna get out, play there. I look at it like I took one for the team and I’m telling you do not play at this casino unless you just want to play and you’re gonna use the gold coins. Do not play for real money.!!!!

Still haven't received my redemption i put in 8 days ago

Loved it fast payouts. Until I hit big!!! I hit a $3100 and tried withdrawing msg came up said keep it under 500 so there no issues it has been 3 weeks now and I haven’t been able to redeem one cent of that $3100 just a bunch of please be patient and bla bla bla…considering it took a very nice chunk of my pay check to win that. I’d like to be paid I have managed to blow thru all but 500 of it now hard to go on there to see if anything went thru and not play with a balance like that. I feel as though they do it intentionally to get people to do exactly that and that is wrong when I add to my account it takes it from me immediately why should withraw be any different? Shame on spin redeem for being crooks!

You never get to redeem any money
