Awesome support response time, slow cash out. Takes too long
Response from SpinfinityJan 30, 2024
Hi Kayla, thank you for your feedback! I am sorry to hear about your experience with a slow cash out - We do advise all pay out requests can take up to 3 business days to be approved. If you would wish to leave your account details below I would be more than happy to look over the account and see why or where these delays have taken place for you

My experience with this casino is usually outstanding, but recently i have discovered that the emails are misleading as far as free spins are concerned. It says must have made a 35$ deposit in last 30 days, What id doesn’t say is that said deposit must not be paired with any type of deposit bonus or spins. It’s misleading, in my book , misleading , is dishonest! But , i do love the customer service that is available, They go above and beyond.

Thank you for your words Shane! Leave this with me and I will forward this to our marketing team and see if we can get a change on the emails so it is much clearer for players to see
