I was enjoying Spinfinite quite a bit despite some technical issues of the site and I was also enjoying the quality of the support until several changes were made. The generosity of the store wheels and missions were vastly reduced; fair enough. Then some good games were removed. Okay. Then a $5/mo purchase limit was placed on me which essentially banned me from participating in any meaningful way. I could no longer compete in tournaments nor complete missions as I could not buy anything from the store meaning I could not enjoy ANY happy hours or sale promotions. Why did this happen? No reason given; I had to email and ask. Apparently it was so vital to perform an "additional kyc" check into me that Spinfinite could not merely ask for the arbitrary information such as my employment history and yearly salary amount (why and how is it their business?) but they had to know SO badly that they restricted me from playing. ...And then went on to not ask me a thing. Until I asked them. ...Despite the seemingly obvious conclusion that I was being targeted and essentially told to go away I gave Spinfinite the intrusive information they asked for. What happened next is that I was ghosted and the $5/mo spending limit was not removed from my account. All inquiries on my behalf were completely ignored. I was essentially banned despite fully complying and doing absolutely nothing wrong. If you happen to not lose money this is how you can expect to be treated here. Sad. Edit: 4/5/25 lowered to 1 star for continued ghosting by support. Not a single response. Look at how they won't even address this review. Meanwhile they reply to other reviews with gems like "Customer Service is at the core of everything we do and hopefully as you'll see from Trust Pilot, we are responsive, friendly and attentive. We will continue to do our best by you and everyone else and we appreciate your feedback. Have a great day. :) " Hilarious.

So i signed up here and things started out promising. Very quickly it becomes obvious that their website is very poorly coded. Ive missed out on many of the wheel spins that you are given to get a bonus on any purchase. Games lag 10x worse than other sweeps casino out there. Ive conpleted missions that were supposed to award sc and instead have taken them from my account. Missions that award sc have been removed in the middle of completing them. For the most part i chose to overlook these issues as support USED to be very responsive and make things things right when errors like these occurred. My experience with support changed drastically over the past couple weeks, after redeeming for a pretty decent amount of profit on a bonus buy they will no longer even respond period. I now am completely ghosted by support, 10 days without a response to any of the issues ive encountered. After i redeemed for a profit i had a $5/month "purchase limit" placed on my account that is impossible to have removed as support wont even respond to my inquiries about it. I grinded VIP to a decent level and since they placed this restriction on my account the reward for said VIP level no longer exists. So in total, they have a janky website that may or may not correctly tally your wins/losses. Nonexistent support at this point in time. And crazy restrictions on even being able to purchase store packs. Unless things change drastically here i would be very hesitant to engage in anything more than free play on this site. Player beware.

I love SPINFINITE.com! So far they are the best casino I've ever played and that's saying A LOT!! I've played almost every sweepstakes casino there is and never had such an awesome experience!! I had only played 7 or 8 SC spins at $.10 per spin and !BAM!, I HIT A BONUS for $30 and a couple of spins later I HIT A BONUS of $100!!!! James went above and beyond and told me he was able to get my redemption to me within the hour or so!! Unreal!! So awesome! I checked my CashApp 6 minutes later and the money was already there! I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD OF SPINFINITE AND JAMES at Customer Support! Spinfinite has my business over my previous favorite all day!!!! Truly a special experience with Spinfinite! I had an amazing time. The bonuses are awesome the selection of games is great and I must say I won won won . It lifted my spirits I recommend this sight to everyone. I'm not higherd to say these things I'm just a gamer. I've been playing a bunch of casinos for a couple yrs now and this one exceeds them all.
