To start off with I like the variety of games that can be played. I dislike the fact that I can rarely put in for a redemption of SC on the first try. I receive constant messages saying I need to re-verify my account that I have been receiving to. I emailed support yesterday stating I was having an issue and the redemption site wanted me to again reverify my information. As of 6:42 this morning Troy responded to me and said everything had been taken care of and I should put in for my redemption again. This issue has not been resolved and was not taken care of. I emailed Troy back this morning and stated the problem still remained. As of 12:22 this afternoon I have not received word back from support as to how the situation will finallybe resolved. Just be aware of it sometimes it takes 15 to 20 attempts to be able to redeem any SC. The frustrating part is the longer that this draws out, the more hours I have to wait for my redemption to hit the bank. I think that is highly unfair. 72 hour waiting period. Spinfinite, you’re a fun platform. Please do better!!

Saw an ad on Facebook about this website, and it was from a known gambling YouTuber, Brettski, so I figured why not give it a try? He said in the ad that it’s instant cash out, unlike the rest of the online casinos smucks. I was stoked to see it started smoothly, got a nice bonus pay, and then lost everything. I went back and tried again and actually won back what I lost, so basically a refund. Not a good experience, and then even after being told I passed verification, I have to wait 48 hours before redeeming a “refund.” Like this was a horrible experience, false advertising. It’s already bad enough that all I’m getting is a refund, but now I will have to wait 48 hours and 72 hours after redeeming it. I hope that karma comes back around and makes them pay double for the money people have lost that’s a tactic to scam people into not cashing out it takes seconds to deposit money but weeks to get your money that’s if you win anything. So if that’s something that you enjoy go for it by all means and I’m sure they’ll make up excuses on that payday to even if you lost $20,000 they can care less about more money inside their pockets.

Everytime I asked for redemption, its always says " not verify account" eventhough my account is already verified,. this is a scam,

Not sure why I cannot redeem, it does not give me an ACH redemption option. My account is already verified, I played through my bonus already. I emailed 5 times to the support team, but nobody is getting back to me. I feel like this site has no support, but quickly to take my deposits. Update: 03-June-2025 Finally! Support team did reach out to me, they went above and beyond to fix my account, I am now able to redeem with no issues, now just waiting for the redemption to go through. Again, thank you noth TONY and JAMES!! Truly appreciate your outstanding customer service amd worked through this so quickly!!!

This is the worst platform I have ever played on. The (small) pays are few and far between, and is there even such a thing as a bonus?? All they’ve done is take my money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. EDIT: Changed my rating to 3 stars, but only because customer service was excellent. After an additional $250, I still didn’t get any pays worth mentioning; however, I did get a couple of bonuses. I know this is all chance, but other sites have pays and bonuses more frequently.

Love the games but it takes too long to redeem. And you can't talk to anyone at all I have sent several e mails with no response. I have not been able to play for days because I cam waiting for them to add a new card. And I have no clue where my latest redemption is.
