Terrible. Customer service takes a week to answer. Purchase a promotion and you don't receive it. Then you have to wait a week for customer service response. More like a ploy to keep purchasing when you should have received what you purchased originally. Over and over again. I regret every purchase on this platform. All displayed Purchases and promotions never follow through after you pay. Why should someone have to wait a week or 2 after a purchase issue? Fishing game. I hold all the proof. Any Sweepstakes Casino that actually pays out is good in my book! They don't have live support but were quick to respond when I asked about my redemption and it was processed and in my bank the next day..just be patient and they will follow through!

I've redeemed 3 times with Spinfinite. Only thing i don't like much is waiting 4 days to get my winnings . The first time i can see.. but every time? Not to happy about that. The only thing that keeps me from playing more than i do currently. BUT other than that it has been a good experience and enjoy playing. Nothing bad to say about them. I paid for credits one time and they didn't show up . So i emailed.. the customer service was awesome (thanks Troy!) and he credited my account. So far i really like Spinfinite!

I had to reverify everything twice, I have looked through the reviews and see poeple are having similar issues. I won 250$ cashed out 240$, I emailed them to hurry it up I got a response that everything got verified, and then my card got approved and then recently that it has been processed “-240” though and I havent received any of my money and I am being ignored. I will change this review once I get paid my money.
