Customer support emails you back every 2-3 days and also they give you automated responses Which sends your conversation in circles. Redemption process takes absolutely too long. The game will glitch soon as you hit a bonus round or any type of big hit amount and keep repeatedly glitching. Customer support is aware of the issues but still are selling these packages they know they are not actually granting then shoot you a free play to make up for it when in all reality you want what you purchased!!!!! Not a free play!!! My agent name was Troy and it is now Jan 16,2026 and im still waiting on my issues from my Jan 7th 2026 purchases to be addressed. I have been getting the run around!!!
