Went through the whole verification process took over a week needed. Photo of id front and back photo of credit card used front and back selfie and a bank statement got a return email stating all documents have been verified so made deposit went through the playthrough and won 100.00 made a withdraw and waited to receive my money nope about three days later yep you guessed it they want to verify my account and need all those photos that have already been verified so they can verify my account so the withdraw process can start never got my withdraw they are stating now that my account is unverified even though I have an email stating it is completely verified but now my account shows unverified and my 100.00 is gone no withdraw pending just stolen with my deposits too I am left with zero they got deposits and winnings complet scam site

I am only giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. I could write an entire book about why you should avoid this site. Yes, they give you free coins, but any winnings generated from those coins are ultimately taken away. Even after making a deposit, I was told that doing so would resolve the issue and allow me to redeem my winnings. That never happened. Instead, I was informed that my funds had been “mixed” and that I needed to make additional deposits. This felt extremely misleading and unethical. To make matters worse, communication is virtually nonexistent. I reached out to customer service multiple times before finally receiving a response, and even then, the explanations were inconsistent and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this site to anyone.

they are deceitful lieing robbing scum they pump you with so called free bonuses and then if you do get through the ridiculous playthrough amount they make you jump through hoops to gather a heap of information to process your request for withdraw and then refuse to pay it out and also take back the refused amount of winnings that you built up there putrid scum don't sign up there games are rubbish anyway and the site is like a child designed it scam lies and scum steer clear
