Clear scam behaviour. Withdrawal requests take several working days and then get rejected without any explanation. After that they demand excessive documents (ID, bank statements, selfie with ID), which feels extremely unsafe. They also make it very difficult to close your account. This has been reported to the relevant authorities. Do not put your money on this site
