I was charged for a subscription I did not purchase. Somehow I think it got renewed in error. I had not been on your website in close to two years. The address it was going to was an old address no longer valid. I was looking for a refund.

I LOVE my Spiffster Bow Tie of the Month Subscription. I had asked my husband to give me a subscription for Christmas two years ago. The variety of bow ties made me feel like it was Christmas every month. I loved the assortment so much I renewed my subscription last year and then again this year. I have received several excellent looking, high quality ties and bow ties. The customer service department was incredibly helpful when I had a shipment get messed up (not sure it was even spiffster’s fault). I spread the word about spiffster every chance I get.
