I did have a small issue with the length of the lines, it was for a 43 year old motorcycle so was surprised to be able to get them at all. After one call to Spiegler it was corrected and the new lines are perfect. I think their customer service is great, the product is first rate and I'm very pleased with the result.

Advertised to fit my cbr1000rr. The banjo was not angled enough to clear away from the brake caliper bolts when you need to remove them to do a brake pad change or front wheel removal. I reached out to them about this and they suggested to loosen the banjo bolt to swivel away from the caliper bolt. However there is a feature on the caliper that prevents you from doing so. A correctly angled banjo bolt would be ideal but they chose to ignore the problem after I showed pictures of the problem. I don't recommend them.

Bought some breaklines that was supposed to be custom fitted for my bike. Front breaklines required modifications to my break leaver and the rear brakeline broke during normal use, they said it was not covered by their life time warranty. very dissapointed that they deliver a product that is this low quality.

These guys had the balls to tell me that the incorrectly colored fittings they sent me were "slight deviations in the manufacturing process", even though the colors were so obviously and completely different. The after-sales support is appalling and now I'm stuck with mismatched colors on my otherwise perfectly curated bike. Thoroughly pissed off!
