I bought a pair on the View Your Deal or Good Morning America as they were hyped up. I was so disappointed. I expected to put my feet in them and immediately feel comfort, but that was not the case at all. I returned them.

Terrible way to do business, no way to track order,no phone number to call. But yet they took my money . Purchased an item after seeing it on Good Morning America.. im out my mouth ey and no product because website doesn't recognize order number..such a scam

I found my first pair of Spenco flip flops at Eneslow in New York City in 2009. I was thrilled to find flip flops that didn't aggravate my plantar fasciitis, and I became an instant fan. Three years later, the thongs broke, I chalked it up to normal wear and tear, and bought a new pair. Three years after that, my second pair broke. In February of 2017, Eneslow was out of stock, so I purchased my third pair on Amazon. This pair broke just one year in, so I contacted Spenco for a replacement pair, citing the obvious manufacturing defect. They declined, kicking it back to the Amazon third party, though Amazon has a site-wide 60 day limit on returns. And here we are. I have to find a new orthotic flip flop company, and I want other potential Spenco customers to know what kind of company they're dealing with.
