If the customer orders the tires without reading the image disclaimer they think that is what they are ordering and it is not. At that point the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please let me know if you have any other questions

Hey Dennis! We tried reaching out to you! This is what our customer support had to say! Please reach out to us if you have any questions! "He did receive 6year old tires, however we would have gladly accepted them back and given him a refund if he would not have mounted the tires on his car before notifying us that he wanted a refund. Per our return policy we only accept returns on tires that have not been installed - are unused (not been driven on). Since the tires have been mounted the warehouse considers them used and won't accept them back. Vi did speak with the customer multiple times however we weren't able to offer a refund because the return doesn't comply with our policy :/" Regards, Dylan

Dear Mr. Purpura, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Please accept our apologies on the delay of your 2nd tire. Sometimes the tires will ship from different warehouses and may cause your order to have 2 different delivery dates. I see that you spoke with Janice on Friday, June 3rd about your order as she initiated a trace with FedEx. Per Janice, once the trace was initiated it would take 48-72 hours for FedEx to work on the trace. We were notified by FedEx by the end of the day and Janice was able to speak with you to give you a few options. We apologize for the inconvenience and regret this happened with your order.
