Extremely disappointed in this company. I never received my order. Buyer beware, they have extremely poor customer service. It took me a few emails to get them to halfheartedly offer to reship my order, but they claimed they were reluctant to do so. Now they’re flat out refusing to do anything besides offering a very poor compensation of a cupon and waiting to see if FedEx will refund THEM or pay THEM anything. I want my money back, you stole $86 from me.

They make the claim of fast delivery, however they fail to mention the fast delivery fee; $33. They WILL charge you a 50% cancellation fee, they don’t mention this in easy to see writing. I found another pin company that charges about half the price they do. This is their claim from the website: “YES, to Buttons Needed Tomorrow! If you need your buttons tomorrow we will do everything humanly possible to accommodate. There is never any HIDDEN costs or surprises. We treat our customers as we want to be treated and you will love doing business with us”

I found Speedy Buttons through a Google search and successfully uploaded my artwork and ordered buttons online. On the day they were to arrive, I called the company because I hadn't received a tracking number. I was informed that my buttons were never processed because there was an issue with my artwork. They said that they called but I never received a voicemail or email. I asked to cancel my order and they hung up on me. I called the company back and asked for a followup call to make sure the order was canceled. I only received a followup call 12 days later after I submitted feedback on my negative experience. They offered to reduce my cost to $12.00 for the order they never produced and I no longer need. I am appalled by their lack of customer service experience.
