I have been using SP.com for the past…
I have been using SP.com for the past few years and have been overall satisfied with the variety of courses. The content is mostly in the introductory to intermediate level of knowledge. I wish there were more advanced courses available to truly test our skills. I am forever grateful to SP.com for providing low cost CEUs to our profession. Thank you

An inexpensive way to obtain CEUs but…
An inexpensive way to obtain CEUs but the quality is variable. There are some really good programs available, but most seem to be pretty average. It is a good way, though, to brush up on/learn about areas you have either gotten rusty in or are simply curious about.

Good course variety but cumbersome website
Nice variety of courses. However, the web site has become difficult to navigate. It used to be so easy and efficient.

Good Content, Bad Customer Service
I love the content, but they make it very hard to unsubscribe or discontinue the automatic renewal. I wasn't asked whether I wanted to automatically wanted to renew the membership(which is 99 dollars a year), and I was unable to remove my credit card information from my account. Since there was no 'cancel subscription button', the only way for me to cancel it was to email the representative. I received an email that stated that my membership will no longer automatically be renewed, only to find out that it has. They only give you one month's grace period after the automatic renewal, and will not refund money whether you used the service or not. Again, the content and the classes are great, but horrible customer service.

I like speechpathology.com
I like speechpathology.com, but I wish that there were some more medical slp courses. I would also prefer a more dynamic presentation. The courses I have taken are good!

It used to be better.
It used to be better.. searching for courses is now more difficult. I wish there were more longer courses (3+hours). Courses you add to pending shd stay there until you finish with them. Still a good deal though
