Be careful they automatically subscribe you to…
They automatically subscribe you to yearly automatic renewal subscription. This is a very dated tactic to generate more income. UPDATE: to your response below...you don't "offer" auto renewal you REQUIRE it (in fine print) as your default option when signing up. Only later are customers supposed to opt out. I tried to find a way to opt out upon sign out and it was very difficult. I had to email you separately to do so. Also, I never received a reminder to opt out before you renewed me and was charged $99 for a subscription I didn't need. This has happened on multiple occasions so I'm sure it's not just me As SLPs, were all pretty organized and repsonsible. We can sign up as needed and don't need to be coherced into autorenewal. Especially because most of us do the CEUs within the subscription year anyway... and you know that. An unwanted extra year subscription is just more money in your pocket.
