Our Customer Experience team reviewed the course you contacted us about and confirmed that it was working correctly on our end and sent some suggestions that typically help. But, troubleshooting is very individualized, as many variables, including device, operating system, network settings, internet speed, may all play a role in causing issues. While most of our members and reviews reflect a positive experience, we occasionally receive inquiries about course concerns due to technical issues.
