You charged me without notifying me in…
You charged me without notifying me in advance that you were going to charge me. I had intended that this would not occur but did very disappointing.

I enjoyed the presentation but was…
I enjoyed the presentation but was disappointed in the exam which focused on the legal issues rather than the practical ones.

Tried to take a course the 1freecourse…
Tried to take a course the 1freecourse code. All the course I clicked on required upgrade to full membership. The "select courses" are non-existent. Could not access a single course with the trial.

I couldn't connect on my laptop and…
I couldn't connect on my laptop and after many attempts, I had to watch the whole presentation on my small phone. Excellent presentation for content but tech support was awful. I hope this is not the usual circumstance as I have signed up for many courses.

Unfortunately the topics selection in…
Unfortunately the topics selection in video/webinars and quantity available this year is very limited compare to 2 years ago.I feel its def over priced for what's been offered.
