Too bad you have to give them a star to write this. Item a lot smaller than expected. Asked for refund. Instead of giving me the address to return, keep telling me it’s too expensive to return and offer $12 and I can keep the junk. I don’t want the junk, now up to $33 and saying it’s as high as they will go. I don’t think this type of service is legal. Shipped out of Chicago, telling me it has to go back to china. They have been refusing return address since June 29

Solar fountain does not work. I ordered 1 large amd received 3 small instead. Terrible product I requested a return/refund and was offered $8 back on the $80 I spent. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a solar fountain pump from this company and never received it. They provided 2 Bogus tracking numbers. I got an email saying my order was delivered to my home, I never received it. I reached out to them explaining the situation. They told me to contact my local PO and have them track the number. The PO stated that the tracking numbers they gave me could not be found and don't exist. I reached back out to the company to either send me a new one, or please reimburse me since I never received the item. They have refused any further communication. Be aware of this company!!!!!

It does not really work? The fountain stem pops off, won't stay on. Way too small. I need much larger.

My order took a month to arrive and wasn’t correct upon arrival. When shown photo proof of the error, the company refused to accept responsibility or compensate fairly. I was offered $2, then $4, and finally $7”max” which barely covers the shipping I paid. Absolutely terrible!

I ordered a calendar from them on November 1, 2025. Notices of shipping were sent regularly until it got to Anchorage Alaska. Then for some reason support has been telling me that the item was returned for an inaccurate address. After checking my order, I determined that my address was indeed correct. They refuse to ship me another one unless I send additional funds for shipping to a sketchy personal address. If I ask for a refund they can only refund me 1% of the total cost because they no longer have the calendar (which wasn’t my fault) so I have to pay for the cost of replacing the calendar and the cost of shipping. There has been no resolution. I want my calendar, they want more money. UPDATE. Their reply adds nothing to the issues that I experienced. I never got the calendar, they refused to refund me in full, and they refused to send another calendar unless I sent them additional funds. Pure scam. If I could give them a zero, I would.

I ordered a wallet from their store 3 months ago. I just got it today and the wallet i expected was way different. The lever you pull to eject the cards is stiff and the cards don't want to come out. This company is horrible don't order from them!
