I have to admit I was a little hesitant purchasing from the company and I didn't see all the reviews here. My personal experience was great. The frames arrived quickly and were new. Glad I was able to save 40% off of msrp for the frames.

I have to admit that I'm new to online shopping. However, these guys are awesome! I used their text message feature and immediately got a reply back with the answer I was looking for. Overnight shipping was indeed overnight, and my hubby is happy!
