I ordered the badger 34mm scope mount and the first one came defective with stripped holes so the screws for the rings would not tighten. Customer service was great and they mailed me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement hasn’t exact same issue. I have had 5 or 6 products from spec precision but this badger scope mount is a dud. With the slow shipping time it isn’t worth trying for a third time. I will just trash the two I received in the mail and wasted $60 and lots of time.

You get what you pay for. Go shop somewhere else.

I will never order from spec precision again. Ordered two months ago never got my stuff never got an order number or tracking. Yesterday they sent me an email saying delivery was “confirmed” and that I should write a product review. When you order you get a bunch of messed up emails that are templates. They always respond with “sorry, system error”. It’s not an error. It’s been this way for at least a year and they have no intent to fix it. They specifically are deceitful to keep you from tracking the order.

Still haven’t received item til this day !!

I live in the UK and Evri handled my delivery. Evri did not deliver my parcel and after several attempts to contact the seller through email, webchat and WhatsApp I did not receive a response after 2 weeks. Eventually I raised a charge back through my bank which finally got the attention and I was sent a picture of the delivery which had been thrown over my fence onto a building site where the item had been lost when the builders cleared away the debris. Basically the communication was very poor. The delivery was not the fault of the seller but their lack of response and assistance is the reason for the low rating.

Also… Erstmal hat der Versand sehr lange gedauert. Was ja an sich nicht schlimm ist. Doch viel schlimmer ist der Fakt, dass nur die Hälfte meiner Bestellung angekommen ist. Auf Emails antwortet der Support absolut nicht. Geld war natürlich ganz schnell vom Konto. Danach hilft nur noch Beten und hoffen das die Bestellung ankommt. Ich werde hier nie wieder etwas bestellen und würde es auch keinem empfehlen!

I placed my order on January 6 2024 and it said 15-20 days for delivery. After 2 weeks I emailed them 3 times regarding tracking information and finally got a response with the tracking number. I followed the process for 3 weeks and finally the tracking said delivered at mailbox in Washington state, I live in Alabama. Total crap I checked my mailing and billing address and it’s correct so how does an item end up all the way across the country. It’s only $70 bucks but $70 bucks I could have spent and received something in return instead of having to deal with my bank trying to get my monies back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
