Customer service is very consistent when adjusted to Hong Kong time. They are always acquiring new machines and incorporating them to sweeten the deal. Example being how they recently acquire a laser cutting machine and now most optic they sell comes with custom fitted camo skin included. Now not all of their parts fit one another. Their m-lok light mount for a modlite okw light has no screw compatibility so I was forced to get the correct ones seperately.

I received my stuff without any complications. Had a issue with one article, shop response immediately and we found a solution. Would buy again.

My order was shipped within a couple days and arrived in around 1 week to the UK. Upon opening the package I realised there were screws missing but given this was a brand new release (AEMS mount), it was simply the case that the factory missed including them. I contacted Specprecision on whatsapp and they responded within the hour. After a bit of back and forth, they confirmed that the screws were missed out and are arranging delivery of them to me. So, overall I would say my experience with them was good!
