Spec precision is a great company! SPEC PRECISION DO RESPOND TO EMAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS GREAT ALSO. They will replace any defective product. Processing and handling is fast 1-2 days and ship. Then the normal 2 weeks from mainland to the states.

I ordered an eotech exps clone. After a few weeks of not receiving the order, I reached out to customer service at Spec Precision and heard back immediately from someone named Cathy. She was awesome. She informed me that, indeed, the shipment was lost as I expected. She quickly got a new order shipped and sent it with the more expensive expedited shipping that I hadn’t originally paid for. Needless to say, I’m very happy with their customer service. Thanks Cathy! As for the optic, it’s even better than I expected.

I've ordered a few different items but the most recent one was a flip to center mount that's the same height as a unity fast mount except for holosun magnifiers. This item literally doesn't exist that I know of. Even unity doesn't make it. In terms of build quality the item was better than expected. About the only thing that seemed a bit lacking was whatever paint/anodizing they used is a bit thin but thats nothing a bit of spraypaint wont cure. I had to source some shorter screws from a hardware store as the ones my magnifier came with were too long. Other than that, happy to do business with these guys in the future.

I’ve ordered two scope mounts from Spec Precision and they both took about two weeks to arrive but where both solid optic mounts and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Good communication from the vendor and products arrived safely packaged and in great condition, lots of email updates regarding order status and tracking. Took a little bit of time to get through customs in the U.S. but that's to be expected, not an unreasonable wait time though. I would order again!

At first had trouble because those two little springs fell out,however I was moving it around trying to figure it out(didn’t look at directions)but was able to figure it out and get it put on and so far it’s doing great and looks awesome. Very happy with this product and I didn’t have to spend $270 on it. It seems very sturdy granite I have shot my gun yet but I have been pretty rough with it trying to see if it would come off and it never came off or loose. Bottom line is I’m very happy with this product and highly recommend it.
