Product was great, better then m

Very nice and high quality products and free shipping, that is relatively fast ~two weeks for Germany, most times even faster. The stuff is really good and the customer service is really good.

Great customer support

Found spec precision from some military friends who’ve tested some of their goods. Quick shipping and the gear is high quality so far. Will definitely purchase more items in the future

Amazing seller, fast delivery, and the product is exactly what I was expecting.

In my experience with ordering from Specprecision, customer service was absolutely fantastic on so many levels. I had ordered one of their products and accidently duplicated my order. Within 24 hours after notifying and chatting with a representative in their customer servers, the problem had been resolved. They had assisted me to a great extent, correcting my order, refunding me the error, and proved to be very responsive with care. Not to mention the quality of the product that came was in pristine condition, packed carefully and thoughtfully which arrived at my door without a scratch. I will definitely consider ordering from Specprecision again should the need arise.

Excellent communication and customer service. Capable customer service made a requested item available that was not officially listed on their website. Fast, free, shipping with tracking. Products received seem well made. Impressed with vendor, will be returning.

I purchased the IS EG NGAL for use on a build with duty performance in mind. The shopping, purchase, shipping and customer service experience was impeccable. I received frequent shipping notifications and was pleased to learn that Specprecision was monitoring the progress of my shipment as well. The NGAL functions as advertised, zeroed easily and is as good as authentic units I’ve used for years. This is my first, but certainly not the last purchase I will make withSpecprecision. I’ve been thoroughly impressed.
