I am still waiting for credits on sales tax on 2 orders. I requested this and sent my tax exempt status.
Response from Specialty Store ServicesOct 20, 2026
We apologize for the delay. The tax amounts have been refunded, and the "tax-exempt" status has been applied to your account. Going forward, tax should not be charged on any subsequent orders. Again, we apologize for your frustration.

A website bug swapped the item in my cart, so my order didn't match what I intended to buy. I called first thing Monday morning, but customer service said the order had already been processed and there was little they could do. I explained which item I actually wanted (it was cheaper, and the only difference was the direction it opens). The representative promised to contact the shipping department and get back to me. She never did. It's now been three days, and the tracking for all five packages still says only "label created." Since nothing has actually shipped, I don't see why they couldn't help. Instead, I'll have to spend about $100 to return the unwanted items and reorder the correct one. Poor follow-through and no effort to fix a problem that started on their end.

Our sincere apologies. Recently, we've implemented a new website and order entry system, and we've experienced some issues as a result of the implementation. A total refund for this order. You do not need to return any of the errant items. Once again, we apologize for your frustration.

I put in an order for display case and a bag on August 24th, mind you there was no information stating my items were on back order, I only found out because I emailed customer support. If an item is on back order state it on the website please. Could have saved me a lot of time.

Thanks so much for your order! Our sincere apologies. We've recently transitioned to a new order entry system and website. We have experienced some issues associated with this. We discovered that backordered items were not being clearly identified as such. This is being fixed and we appreciate your feedback. As I mentioned in my email, we expect restocking soon. Thanks again for your patience. We truly appreciate it.

This experience has not been so good. After working with someone via email about the availability and accessories for a particular stand. I ordered a display and accessories on 8/27.26, I receive an email today 9/4/26 saying that two of the accessories are unavailable and will be 2-3 more weeks. No new expected date given. No apology. I've sent a response asking for a firm delivery date and no response yet.

After a week of ordering the lack of communication is troubling. I was expecting a status update of my order after a week but still no tracking or communication about my order. I have called but no answer. I emailed with no response. The policy of orders was delivery after 48 hours of the purchase yet when I checked the status of my order it says it’s still pending. This is frustrating and I hope you can do better
